Missouri Athletic Club Squash offers a variety of clinic options throughout the week and tournament opportunities. Focus is on reinforcing a strong technical foundation in players, through competition and condition-based drills. The goals are to prepare your kids for tournaments, to develop a national US ranking, help school teams and progress toward your future college teams. Training squads supplemented with individual lessons, strength and conditioning and match play will best prepare your child for these goals, and help them enjoy a lifetime healthy sport!
Private and semi-private lessons are available with the Squash Pro Monday through Saturday. Contact Alex at aingham@mac-stl.org to set up an appointment.
The MAC hosts a range of tournaments including the Club Championships for boys and girls U11 - U19 categories, an in-house Junior League Ladder, US Squash Sanctioned event and Local St. Louis Junior Circuit.
Alongside the junior program, Alex Ingham offers junior tournament coaching for various bronze, silver, gold level tournaments around the country. These provide a great opportunity to build up your national squash ranking, to gain valuable match experience, working toward making your school and future potential college team. There is also a ‘US Scholar Athlete award.' High school students who have a 3.5 or higher GPA at the end of the school year and have played in four US Squash accredited singles tournaments, or an approved number of US Squash Scholastic Squash Program (SSP) are eligible to apply.
