The Missouri Athletic Club has two pools that are utilized throughout the year for private and group swim and dive lessons and clinics as well as practice and meets during swim season.
Practice is held on Monday-Friday mornings unless otherwise communicated. Swim meets are held on Monday evenings. Consistent practice is encouraged. Penguin swimmers must be able to swim the full length of the pool in a reasonable amount of time without touching the sides, ropes or bottom.
The Puffin Pre-team is for younger swimmers (ages 4-5). Lessons are available. Practice is two to three days per week from 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Register children ages 5-18 for the MAC’s Dive Team. Practices are Monday-Friday mornings. Meets occur on Saturday mornings starting at 9 a.m. There are typically three dive meets and one dive conference meet.
