Congratulations to the Total Body Reset winners, Jim Poinsett and Nichole Cook! This six-week fitness challenge kicked off at the start of the new year, helping members gain valuable insights and develop healthy new habits.
With the support of personal trainers Courtney Hutt and Grace Leon, Poinsett and Cook earned their spots at the top of the leaderboard. At the conclusion of the challenge, Poinsett lost a total percentage of 4.5% and Cook a total of 8.6%.

“The Total Body Reset Challenge has become one of my favorite ways to start the year. It helps me rebuild consistency, try a few things I probably wouldn’t have chosen on my own, and remember how good it feels to prioritize strength and health. I’m honored to be one of the winners.
A huge thank you to my trainer, Courtney Hutt, who somehow managed to keep me challenged while working around a demanding travel and work schedule. Her coaching made the process sustainable (and even fun!), which is saying something when lunges and mountain climbers are involved… and when the MAC cookies in Sportsman’s are quietly testing my resolve.
I’m finishing stronger, more energized, and proof that showing up consistently beats willpower alone — even when cookies are around.”

“There is nothing better than starting a new calendar year with a “fitness reset!” I love the set goals, check-ins, accountability… but most importantly, I love working out with Grace, my personal trainer.
The Reset is not only a competition for those of us who like to compete with others, but it is an opportunity to challenge yourself and start the year off with healthy habits. If you focus on fitness, nutrition and overall wellness, within six weeks you will see and feel some changes.
Congratulations to all participants for making health and wellness a priority when kicking off 2026.”
