The MAC offers an extensive array of group fitness classes that are fun, motivational and yield results, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), pilates, yoga, spinning and kickboxing.

Nutrition Counseling
The MAC has certified nutrition coaches on staff who can provide nutrition education to athletes and those looking to lose weight or better manage diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure.
