Welcome to the new MAC website!

On May 5, the Missouri Athletic Club launched its new website, powered by Jonas Club Software. The Club decided to make this switch because we already use Jonas for the back-end billing system, and operating under one collective provider instead of two (Clubessential and Jonas) will make for a more seamless website experience in all areas. Jonas also offers improved systems for event registration, court booking, dining reservations and more.

Many areas of the website will look familiar to Members, as we opted to keep the appearance and navigation largely the same to prevent confusion. The website will still allow Members to pay their statements, book a court, view the roster, check the menus and much more.

ACH Billing

One main component that will affect many Members right at the website’s launch is the ACH billing system. For their own security, Members who are enrolled in auto-payments will need to re-enter their banking information on the website upon its launch to ensure the electronic payments continue to process, and those who were used to viewing their statements online will need to update their profiles to be able to access them. It’s imperative that Members transition their information to the new website because it will not carry over.

Now that the website is live, Members can navigate to the Statements page and click on the button that says “Pay Now.” By clicking this link, a new tab or window will open up, taking them to the Elavon portal. From there, Members will be able to pay their bill. They will be required to enter their payment information, as this information will not be on file initially with Elavon. This information can be stored for future payments if they like, but it is not required.
 

Logging In

All first-time users of this new website will need to register in order to access the Members-only area. To do so, click on the Member registration link here and enter your Member number (Member number requires five digits. Example: Member # 405 will be typed 00405), first name and last name as they appear on your account statement. If there is a middle initial on your account, please enter it on the first name line. (Example: Jane A.)

Once you have registered and validated your account, you will be asked to create your own user name and password. You will only be asked to do this once. You are welcome to use the same user name and password you used on the old Clubessential website.
