Commit to Fit: 60-Day Fitness and Health Challenge
Start 2023 with a new fitness routine. This 60-day challenge encourages Members to focus on fitness in the new year. Each participant will receive one free personal training or nutrition session. They will also receive a 10 percent discount on all additional fitness services such as personal training, nutrition counseling, massage therapy and metabolic testing for the duration of the program.
COMMIT TO FIT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Record at least 30 minutes of exercise each day for points.
- Complete a weekly fitness/health/wellness-related challenge for bonus points.
- Weekly weigh-ins for participants that want to be in the program for weight loss.
PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- 60 days of exercise
- Most points accumulated during the program
- Overall men’s and women’s percent of total weight lost
Registration is required. Members can register from Dec. 5-31 to participate.
